deepBlue – IPB Template Released!

I’ve finally released my first fully coded & designed IPB template on SkinGround.com.   deepBlue features dark glossy elements with hints of blue hues.   It was designed to be visually stunning, yet easy to use.  deepBlue is one of many more templates to come from me :)
